I stayed at the hotel for just one night before my surgery at a nearby hospital, so my exposure to the facility was limited. The lack of a kettle for tea was a downside, but overall, the stay was within our expectations.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely, just a bit noisy being next to the ice machine, but they had everything I could ask for. The service was top-notch, from the helpful front desk clerks to the professional and friendly maintenance and housekeeping teams. The location was perfect for my trip, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, including a convenient Whole Foods market. The dining experience was satisfactory, although parking fees were a bit high. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
